A World of Tea Peppermint Tea Review

A World of Tea Peppermint Tea Review

My family and I have recently come down with a nasty cold. Because of this, we’ve all been drinking a lot of peppermint tea to sooth our throats.

Herbal tea isn’t usually what I reach for in my cabinet. I’m a girl who thrives on caffeine and will totally go for that first most of the time. However, sometimes I’d like something uncaffeinated in the afternoon and I’m a little less picky then. Peppermint tea is really one of my favorites to choose then.

A World of Tea isn’t a brand that I thought would impress me with their tea. You can buy it at The Dollar Tree here and it’s really, really cheap. Most of the time I don’t expect much to come of these extra cheap products, but I was pleasantly surprised by A World of Tea’s Peppermint Tea.

The smell alone is really refreshing. I’d never know that this was a cheap brand if someone simply gave this to me. It tastes great both hot and cool. I love to drink it during a good yoga workout session too. Namaste anyone?

The tea bags are actually pretty nice. I didn’t think I would like them at first, but it was actually somewhat helpful to have a bag without a string. I can just submerge the bag without worrying about the string falling in. Or am I the only person with that problem? I should really move to loose leaf.

Peppermint tea is my all-time herbal tea love. Whether you’re sick, trying to relax, or just craving something minty fresh, this is a perfect go-to drink.

Interested in buying some peppermint tea? While I can’t find A World of Tea online yet, Amazon has a great selection of peppermint tea.

What are your opinions on cheaper teas? Have you tried A World of Tea before? Let me know in the comments below!

Hope you and your fam feel better! I like tea bags without a string, I find them to be easier and yeah, you’re right — don’t have to worry about the string falling in! 😛

We’re all definitely coming out of it, thank you! Yes! So I’m not crazy about the stringless thing! Always a good thing to know that I’m not crazy. Unless we’re both crazy. . .

I love peppermint tea and green tea and all those sort of things. 🙂 So yummy. And none of my tea bags, including normal teas ever have strings, all about the dunking with a teaspoon.

I’ve tried peppermint tea but not this brand, I can’t remember which one it is but I really enjoy it. I get fed up drinking ‘normal’ tea so I like something like this for a change! Have you tried Pukka Teas? They are delish, I highly recommend them! 🙂

Ooh, I have not tried Pukka Teas. I’ll have to look into them! Thanks for the recommendation!

With me, sometimes I just want more tea but it’s late in the day and, haha, I don’t want caffeine. I technically have a decaf chai spice tea, but I’m not very fond of it for whatever reason.
